Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website, register an athlete with Panhandle Powerhouse Volleyball Club (“the club”, “we”), or opt in to our text messages. By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Registering an athlete

• You must be at least 18 and the athlete’s parent or legal guardian, or have their permission.
• The information you give us must be accurate, and you agree to tell us if it changes, especially medical information and emergency contacts.
• Registering does not guarantee a place on a particular team. The club decides team placement.
• Waivers you sign during registration are separate agreements. These terms do not replace them.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend an account that is misused.

Fees and payments

Fees are shown during registration and on any invoice we send you. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the club to charge your saved card on the dates and for the amounts shown when you set up the plan. If a payment fails, we will try again and let you know by email.

Please contact the club office with any question about a charge, a withdrawal or a refund.

Text message program

Program: Panhandle Powerhouse Volleyball Club text alerts.

What we send: schedules, practice and game changes, team news, and registration and payment reminders.

How to join: check the text message box during registration. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of registering.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no more after that unless you opt in again.

For help: reply HELP, or contact the club office using the details at the bottom of this page.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If your mobile number changes, please tell us so that messages do not go to the next person who has that number.

Our Privacy Policy applies to the text message program. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

Using this site

Please do not misuse the site, including by trying to get into accounts or areas that are not yours, interfering with how it works, or giving false information. The club’s name, logo, photos and content belong to the club or to those who licensed them to us, and may not be reused without permission.

Our responsibility

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, and schedules and other details can change. To the extent the law allows, the club is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update them here and change the date at the top of this page.
