Why Powerhouse

No cuts.
Every player who joins gets a roster spot. There are no tryouts to pass and nobody gets sent home.

Small rosters.
We aim for eight players per team wherever we can. Fewer players on a roster means more time on the court at every practice and every tournament.

Position development.
Players learn the skills of each position and aren't locked into one role early.

Learning rotations.
Players rotate through positions so they understand the whole game. That makes them stronger in the position they end up playing.

Travel schedules vary by age group and player availability, and we ask families to plan ahead for the tournament calendar.

What your fee covers

Practice facility rental, tournament registration fees, speed and agility training, and uniforms. Payment plans are available for both programs. Try-out fees will apply towards these fees.

Registration is open for the upcoming season. We're taking athletes from across the Panhandle, ages 10 through 18, with both local and travel team options.

No cuts. Every girl who registers makes a team. Tryouts are how we place athletes on the right team — not how we decide who plays. Come as you are.

Saturday, November 14

• Ages 10 & 11 — 1:00–3:00 PM

• Ages 12 & 13 — 4:00–6:00 PM

Sunday, November 15

• Ages 14 & 15 — 1:00–3:00 PM

• Ages 16–18 — 4:00–6:00 PM

Before tryouts: get your AAU membership

Every athlete needs an active AAU membership before stepping on the court. It covers insurance for tryouts and practices, and we need your AAU Membership ID to complete club registration.

Cost: $24, paid directly to AAU

Once you have your membership ID, come back and finish your club registration.

Tryout fee

$25 per athlete.

This is applied toward your team fee — it's not an extra charge on top.

Local and travel options

Not every family wants the same commitment. We offer a local option with a lighter travel schedule, and a travel option for athletes looking for more competition and tournament play. We'll talk through the right fit at tryouts.

We're looking for coaches

The club grows as fast as our coaching bench does. If you've played, coached, or want to learn, we'd like to hear from you. Experience helps, but a willingness to show up consistently matters more.
